Apply if you are interested in becoming a high-impact tutor in one of the districts listed below. As school districts prepare for the 2026-27 school year, this page will be updated with open positions across the state.

High-impact tutors are employed by a school district or charter school. Tutors work in-person at least 3 days per week, typically between the hours of 8am and 3pm. Tutors are assigned a supportive NCEC Learning Coach and are paid to complete required online training. Minimum education requirements and pay rates vary by district, although all tutors earn a minimum of $15/hr. We are looking for people who have a passion for helping kids.
