Supporting our neighbors
Our hearts are with our western North Carolina neighbors as they continue to cope with the devastating effects of Hurricane Helene. We are grateful and relieved to report that all NC Education Corps staff and members are safe and accounted for.
As a result of the storm, many of our partners in the west have closed their doors and are unsure when they will be able to welcome students and staff back to class. Supporting students and schools is more critical than ever, and we will stay in close contact with our partners in the coming weeks so we can help meet their needs. NC Education Corps is committed to sharing resources to aid in disaster relief and will continue to update this list as conditions change.
