NORTH CAROLINA SCHOOLS FACE A COVID CRISIS
COVID-19 is having a drastic impact on education across our state. Students have lost learning time and are falling behind. Families are juggling work, school, and child care. Teachers are struggling to keep students engaged. All of this makes it harder for students to learn and thrive.
North Carolina Education Corps is a response to the impact COVID-19 is having on schools, as the work continues to help students make up ground and get back on track.
We bring together community members to support students and accelerate learning. You can help.
IMAGINE IF EVERY K-3 STUDENT HAD ACCESS TO A LITERACY TUTOR
That’s a future we can create together.
Our call to action is simple: step up to work as a literacy tutor. Join a community effort to support students and accelerate learning.
